What makes me , me

I’ve learned more from life’s twists and stumbles than from any classroom or textbook and I am still learning from it.

My journey has been shaped by the highs and lows of life – painful relationships, traumas, grief , navigating my own neurodivergence, and the ongoing process of healing old wounds. Moving to a new country invited me to rediscover myself in unfamiliar ways, while experiences of career disappointment and loneliness deepened my empathy and resilience. This has taught me that growth isn’t linear it’s layered, complex, and deeply human.

As a parent, I live the reality of balancing care for others while staying connected to myself.

I’ve learned to embrace the parts of me that don’t quite fit neatly I am learning to embrace my “oddities” rather than hide them. These parts of me now inform how I connect, reflect, and show up in the world.

What Helps Me Show Up Authentically in the Therapy Room?

My own therapy has been a steady, grounding thread in my life. It has shown me what it means to be held in another’s presence to be seen and met without judgement, challenged, and understood.

I bring my lived experience, life lessons learnt and expereince of working with clients for 13 years, alongside a commitment to ongoing learning, supervision, and self-reflection.

I don’t believe in showing up as the “expert with answers,” but as a grounded, thoughtful, and present human being and a deeply aware clinician.

How This Shapes Our Work Together? Let me help you figure out what makes you, YOU

You don’t have to arrive here with answers. You don’t have to be at your “best.” We’ll gently make sense of patterns, honor your experiences, and find ways of relating to yourself that feel more compassionate and grounded.

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you come home to yourself with more clarity, choice, and ease.

I won’t tell you what you should do. That’s not my role. Instead, we develop practices and frameworks that help you get curious about the questions life is asking of you learning to not avoid pain that comes as a result of making decisions that are painful. Together, we build your capacity to listen to yourself more clearly, to understand what matters, and to discover what feels true for you. I’m alongside, holding you in frustrations and helplessness you while you answer the tough questions about your relationships, your choices, your direction, who you want to become.

If this feels like someone who you would love to explore working with then I invite you for a free consultation to see if we are a good fit.
