Hi There. I am Divya, a Registered Psychotherapist.

Qualifications
I hold a Masterโs Degree in Applied Psychology, a Masterโs in Industrial Psychology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling.
In addition to my formal degrees, I continually update my skills through timely certifications to stay current with new trends and advancements in the field.

My approach is humanistic, person-centered, relational, trauma-informed and culturally sensitive.
I draw from a blend of emotion-focused, attachment-based, and insight-oriented approaches, alongside modalities with practical tools
My understanding is informed by psychology, philosophy, and sociology but also by something deeper: a recognition that healing happens when we remember we’re part of something larger than ourselves.
I see you as you are in relation to the world around you sometimes small, sometimes vast, often both at once. I believe we’re most grounded when we can hold both: the humility of knowing how little we control, and the power of knowing our choices and presence genuinely matter.
Personal Interests
When not working, I find joy in the latest stand-up comedy specials, experimenting with colors, curating spotify playlists, hiking and trekking and immersing myself in captivating books. These hobbies keep me grounded, remind me of the importance of joy, and help me connect with the lighter side of life.
